Acceptance of Abstracts

Compliance with all stated conditions including adherence to the deadline is required. A confirmation email will be sent to the submitter once the submission is complete.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or decline all submissions and to select the presentation format. If your abstract is NOT accepted for either a poster or oral presentation, you registration fees will be reimbursed to you in full. If your abstract is accepted for a poster or oral presentation, the standard cancellation policy applies.

Submitters were notified of acceptance status and form of presentation on Wednesday, 1 June, 2011.
